Community Health Intelligence
ACTION-ORIENTED DATA, EVIDENCE-BASED SOLUTIONS
At Community Health Intelligence, our goal is to empower communities, organizations, and policymakers to understand complex health challenges with action-oriented data and evidence-based solutions. With a comprehensive suite of research tools and consulting services, we provide local stakeholders the information they need to make informed decisions that will improve the health and well-being of their community.
Our work is rooted in the social determinants of health and health inequities framework developed by the World Health Organization, used by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's County Health Rankings program and the United States Department of Health and Human Services for their Healthy People 2030 objectives. This perspective highlights the important impact of socioeconomic factors as the strongest driver of healthy communities.
